Ellie Holman

President

Ellie Holman joined Holman, Inc. in 2017 as the company’s office administrator before transitioning into the role of Corporate Secretary in 2019. In 2022, Ellie became the President of Holman, Inc., assuming responsibility for all executive leadership duties, including strategic planning for the company. Under her leadership, the company has earned recognition in the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Fast 50 in both 2022 and 2023 and has consistently ranked in the top 10 for Women-Owned Businesses in Jacksonville.

Before joining Holman, Inc., Ellie gained extensive experience in administration and business operations. She worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Accounting Department at Brooks Rehabilitation, where she supported senior leadership, managed corporate filings, and facilitated successful audits. Prior to that, she spent several years managing dental practices, mentoring team members, and becoming a dental insurance expert. These roles provided Ellie with a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and employee development that she has carried into her work at Holman, Inc.

Ellie is actively involved in the construction industry, serving as a Board Member for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and as the Chairperson for the ABC Safety Committee. She is passionate about positively impacting the lives of Holman, Inc.’s employees by fostering a supportive and empowering work environment.
Outside of work, Ellie values intentional time with her family, whether it’s exploring the outdoors, enjoying game nights, or participating in community events together.

Jon Holman

Vice President

Jon Holman’s career with Holman, Inc. began in his family’s garage, sorting screws for installation crews. During high school, he balanced football practices with summer work as an Installer Helper. While pursuing a degree in Business Management at Jacksonville University, Jon supported the company by performing take-offs on plans for estimating.

Over the past 20 years, Jon has advanced through multiple roles, including Installer, Estimator, Project Manager, and Operations Manager, before assuming his current position as Vice President. In this role, Jon oversees key business operations, including project management, estimating, human resources, and installation.

Jon has been a member of the C12 CEO peer group since May 2023, where he collaborates with other business leaders to drive organizational excellence and integrate faith-based principles into leadership.

Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of excellence at Holman, Inc., Jon also enjoys spending quality time with his family and values the relationships he’s built with his team and clients.

Les Holman, VP at Holman, Inc.

Les Holman

Vice President

Les was the Co-founder and President of Griffin & Holman, Inc. from 1985-2003. He developed and trained qualified sales and installation teams for Division 10 building materials in the commercial construction industry. Les was responsible for the growth of the company as well as overseeing the efficiency of installations and relationships with General Contractors. In 2003, Griffin & Holman, Inc. was sold to Holman, Inc.

A native of Colorado Les was transferred to Jacksonville in 1979 as Plant Production Manager of a food processing plant with Monfort of Colorado, Inc.
Les and his wife Pam have a son, daughter, and three grandchildren. Les and Pam spent their first year of marriage in South India, where Les oversaw the construction of Spirit of Life Bible School in Tirumangalam, India, and Pam gave birth to their son. They have, with their Children, led eleven Mission Outreach Teams to San Salvador, Bahamas, and are involved with Mission Organizations in Guatemala and Honduras.

Operation Manager

Bobby started Holman as a helper learning a new trade. He showed great interest in studying his new craft and thus began his career path in Division 10. His carpentry expertise was soon mastered and his skillset was amplified landing him the Lead Installer role. As a leader within the company, Bobby demonstrated that not only was he a dependable employee but was also respected by his peers. This allowed him to transition seamlessly into the Project Supervisor role, allowing appropriate time to grow as a manager. Since he began this journey with Holman at the end of 2002, Bobby would have never seen that he would be afforded the opportunities that this great company has given him. He is proud to currently serve as the Operations Manager for the team. When not on the job, Bobby can be found at a local bowling alley, golf course, or spending time with his high school sweetheart, with whom he has 4 amazing children.

Lead Project Manager
Chris ‘Ryne’ Cambron worked with Holman Inc. as an installer from 2016 to 2019. He left and taught 5th grade in Clay County until rejoining the team in 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager. He moved his way up in the company to Project manager and now manages a range of Division 10 projects. When not on the job, you can find him on the golf course, cheering for the Jaguars or spending time with his wife.

Matt Jackson

Project Manager
Matthew Jackson is the current Project Manager and Safety Director for Holman, Inc., where he oversees key projects and ensures workplace safety. He takes great enjoyment in meeting and helping new customers, always striving to build strong, lasting relationships. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville, graduating with honors. A proud Field Artillery Army veteran, Matthew served with distinction and left the military at the rank of Sergeant. Outside of work, Matthew is a dedicated husband who enjoys golfing and spending quality time with his family.

Assistant Project Manager

Addie is an Assistant Project Manager with nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry. She excels in organization and clear communication, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. She finds great satisfaction in seeing projects come to life and takes pride in helping bring them to completion.

Addie holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, equipping her with a strong foundation in business strategy and problem-solving. She has also earned the Advanced International Certificate Course (AICC), further enhancing her expertise.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and their dog, Luna, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.

Devon Quattlebaum

Assistant Project Manager
Devon joined Holman, Inc. in September 2024 as an Assistant Project Manager. With a background in project management, customer service, and operations, he brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to the team. Devon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Florida and is certified in project management. His expertise in coordinating projects and ensuring efficient execution supports Holman’s commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions.

Zach Wood

Lead Estimator

Zach leads the estimating team with precision and expertise, ensuring that every sales opportunity is thoroughly reviewed and that his team delivers accurate, high-quality estimates to customers. He takes pride in guiding his team and ensuring that each sale leads to a successful outcome for all involved.

A graduate of the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree, Zach has continued to expand his knowledge and skills in the industry. He holds certifications in Construction Estimating (ASPE) and PlanSwift and has completed OSHA 30 training. He is also currently enrolled in the CRESTCOM leadership development program, further strengthening his expertise in team management and strategic decision-making.

On a personal note, he is happily married and the proud father of a wonderful 5-year-old daughter who never fails to bring joy to his day. His family also includes a dog, a cat, and three chickens, adding a lively and fulfilling dynamic to his home life.

Estimator II
Adam joined Holman, Inc. in January 2024 as an Estimator I and was promoted to Estimator II in January 2025. With a strong background in estimating, project management, and business operations, he brings decades of industry experience to the team. Holding a Master of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Adam plays a key role in providing accurate cost assessments and supporting project planning. His expertise enhances Holman’s ability to deliver precise and competitive bids in the commercial construction sector.

Estimator I

Ameenah is an Estimator specializing in Divisions 10, 12, and 8 at Holman, Inc. She thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment, bringing precision and expertise to every project. Passionate about teamwork, motivation, and growth, she finds fulfillment in working alongside a dedicated team that values shared success.

Ameenah’s strong educational background enhances her expertise in estimating and project planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University, a Master’s in Architecture from Florida A&M University, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland. Her diverse knowledge allows her to approach projects with a well-rounded perspective.

Krystal keeps the office running smoothly, managing day-to-day operations with efficiency and organization. As the go-to for accounts receivable, she ensures everything stays on track and in order. Her strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities stems from her four years of service in the Navy, where she developed discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

When she’s not keeping things in check at the office, you can find her cheering on her favorite hockey team.

Our Crew Leads oversee and perform the installation of commercial doors, frames, and Division 8/10/12 specialty products. They manage small teams, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain high safety and productivity standards, with Crew Lead II positions taking on more complex installations and team training responsibilities.

Our Project Managers oversee contract execution, purchasing, material tracking, coordination of installations, and billing across Division 8/10/12 specialty product projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on meeting customer timelines and collaborating closely with operations and field teams.
